Northeast Lakeview College, the newest of five Alamo Colleges District campuses, serves students in northeast Bexar County along the Loop 1604 and I-35 corridor.
As civil engineer for this project, Pape-Dawson completed the infrastructure design involving master planning, surveying, platting, and permitting. We were also responsible for site civil design, which included utilities, parking lot, and stormwater detention design; a conditional letter of map revision/letter of map revision; and sustainable design elements.
Our success was a direct result of our experience working on active campuses, evaluating existing conditions, communicating with stakeholders, and obtaining information from regulatory agencies.
