Pape-Dawson was responsible for the evaluation of a proposed standalone Methodist Hospital emergency room on a 50-acre rural site in Westover Hills in Northwest San Antonio.
The property was ranch land, void of any structures or utilities. We evaluated site grading, zoning, platting, drainage and detention, access, and utility availability. We also completed a Phase I environmental site assessment of the proposed site. Our findings were provided in a preliminary engineering report submitted to the hospital system.
