Pape-Dawson provided master planning, project management, and site civil construction documents for the ±28-acre Mission Trails Baptist Hospital site.
We prepared exhibits and conceptual plans; reviewed site grading constraints; evaluated utility, on-site drainage, and traffic implications; evaluated driveway locations; and coordinated with the owner, project architect, Brooks Development Authority, and other consultants as required. The site design included a helipad, roadway median opening with turn lanes, more than 900 parking stalls, 3,000’ of water lines, 3,000’ of storm pipe, and 2,000’ of sanitary sewer lines to accommodate the 185,000 SF hospital and 80,000 SF medical office building.
