Pape-Dawson is serving as the program manager for Riverbend Water Resources District to oversee development of their new regional water system, including treatment facilities, intake, and transmission lines from Wright Patman Lake to its 13 member entities to supply approximately 115 million gallons of water per day to the greater Texarkana region. The program value is estimated at $380 million with a delivery in 2026.
