Pape-Dawson was responsible for preparing a boundary and topographic survey and permitting coordination of this new 44,500 SF theater located on 5.6 acres at Beltway 8 and Pearland Parkway.
Services were performed by a Texas Registered Professional Land Surveyor and identified record property lines, easements, rights of way, and adjacent properties to produce a land title survey so that the owners could obtain final land title.
