A 500-acre residential development tract in a rural area is being developed and divided into 30 subdivisions. Pape-Dawson prepared the boundary surveys for the entire 500 acres, and the land title surveys for the 30 subdivisions, in preparation for home building. The process included a comprehensive investigation and evaluation of significant factors affecting and influencing boundary locations, ownership lines, rights of way, and easements.
