Tim James Hired as Vice President, Talent Acquisition
San Antonio, Texas (January 17, 2024) – Pape-Dawson Engineers announces the hiring of Tim James as Vice President, Talent Acquisition. Mr. James joins Pape-Dawson with over 20 years of experience leading Talent Acquisition teams in hypergrowth organizations.
Mr. James’s experience includes providing strategic and operational direction for recruiting efforts while building strong partnerships between internal teams on a national and international level. He has contributed to building candidate pipelines for hard-to-find talent to meet organizational demands and improve performance.
Mr. James is also active in his community, serving on the Trinity University Business Advisory Council and the Texas A&M University MSHRM Advisory Board. He is also part of the Coastal Conservation Association and served as the President of the San Antonio Corral Club.
