Pape-Dawson provided the civil site design for this 67,000-SF data center located on a 25-acre site. Services included the design of redundant electrical and communication capabilities to the site; on-site sanitary sewer, fire, and domestic water systems; an underground electric duct bank system; an underground communications duct bank system; a stormwater pollution abatement plan and drainage improvements to manage stormwater runoff through the site; site grading; and platting.
