Pape-Dawson provided civil engineering services for a 150,000-SF Stream RTF Data Center, expandable to a maximum build-out of 350,000 SF. Our responsibilities included facility design, raised floor design (slab at different grades), coordination of all utilities (sanitary sewer, domestic, recycled, and fire water), dual-feed service for communication redundancy, fiber optics routing, dual-feed services from different substations for electrical redundancy, back-up generators, secured monitored entrance and exit, and detention ponds design. This project received LEED certification.
