Pape-Dawson provided civil engineering and surveying services for this 213-acre property. We were responsible for establishing primary horizontal and vertical site control, coordinating with the site foreman for on-call construction tasks, and platting the property to meet the current requirements of the City of San Marcos and Hays County. A land title survey was prepared to identify record property lines, easements, rights of way, and adjacent properties.
