Pape-Dawson provided civil engineering and surveying services for this 213-acre property. We were responsible for establishing main site control, and quality assurance/quality control on LiDAR data, coordinating with the site foreman on continuing construction tasks, and supervising the platting process that met with the current certifications and requirements of the City of San Marcos and Hays County.
