Pape-Dawson oversaw the improvements to FM 1518 from FM 78 to IH 10, which included widening from two to four lanes, inclusion of a raised median, and the addition of a shared-use path and sidewalks. Our environmental responsibilities for this roadway widening project included analyzing community, biological, noise, and water resource impacts and assisting in right-of-way acquisitions through a hazardous materials analysis. Additional environmental services included conducting Waters of the United States delineations for six jurisdictional features.

Floyd Curl Green Street
Pape-Dawson conducted environmental studies and prepared the Categorical Exclusion NEPA documentation, Nationwide Permit, cultural resource investigations, and karst terrain feature surveys for this Green Street project.
Pape-Dawson managed the production of an environmental assessment for a new two-lane, 7.6-mile TxDOT roadway through an existing neighborhood and critical habitat for threatened/endangered species.
Westside Pedestrian and Roadway Improvements
Pape-Dawson conducted environmental studies and prepared the Categorical Exclusion document for environmental clearance along six corridors in southwest New Braunfels.
Texas State Veterans Home
Pape-Dawson provided environmental services for the new Texas State Veterans Home in Fort Worth that was donated to the General Land Office by Tarrant County.
