Pape-Dawson provided environmental services for the new Texas State Veterans Home in Fort Worth that was donated to the General Land Office by Tarrant County. Our services included an environmental assessment to evaluate the setting for potential construction impacts, Waters of the United States delineations, and a Phase I environmental site assessment.

Floyd Curl Green Street
Pape-Dawson conducted environmental studies and prepared the Categorical Exclusion NEPA documentation, Nationwide Permit, cultural resource investigations, and karst terrain feature surveys for this Green Street project.
Our environmental responsibilities for this roadway widening project included analyzing community, biological, noise, and water resource impacts and assisting in right-of-way acquisitions.
Pape-Dawson managed the production of an environmental assessment for a new two-lane, 7.6-mile TxDOT roadway through an existing neighborhood and critical habitat for threatened/endangered species.
