Pape-Dawson provided civil engineering, surveying, and environmental services on the River Walk Canopy by Hilton Hotel, a 24-story hotel in downtown San Antonio at the corner of Commerce Street and St. Mary’s Street. Pape-Dawson has provided project management, preliminary plan review meetings, and project support services to the project. These services also have included tree affidavit, stormwater management plan, traffic impact analysis, TPDES stormwater pollution prevention plan, civil plan preparation, CPS Energy ductbank and vault design, construction phase services, and utility service easements.
