Pape-Dawson provided civil engineering services for the 20-story Thompson Hotel, a luxury lifestyle hotel said to “redefine the downtown San Antonio skyline”. The hotel features 162 hotel rooms and 58 luxury condominiums and is located adjacent to the San Antonio River Walk across from the Tobin Center. It features River Walk access, a world-class restaurant, event space, and a spa and fitness center. Pape-Dawson provided platting, utility coordination, archaeological services, and civil design.
