Pape-Dawson managed the design teams responsible for providing civil engineering and environmental services for the 1,000-room JW Marriott Resort Hotel and two PGA TOUR Tournament Players Club golf courses in north San Antonio. The project also included a water park and a 100-space underground parking garage below the hotel’s ballroom. Pape-Dawson teams continue to coordinate construction for the commercial tracts and design new units within the development.
This development received LEED certification.
