Pape-Dawson was responsible for the civil site design of this four-story, 275-unit wrap-style student housing development on 7 acres near the University of Houston.
Design services included coordinating demolition of existing retail buildings; grading, drainage, and underground detention; stormwater quality; fire protection plans; and water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer capacity review and recommendations. The project included project design coordination with the owner, architects, MEP team, and City officials.
