Wolf Ranch, at 755 acres, is currently the largest master planned community in Georgetown. It is expected to include approximately 1,600 single-family homes, 400 multi-family units, several small commercial parcels, and 140 acres for open space and parks.
Our Phase I design includes approximately 200 single-family residential units, extension of a divided major collector roadway, sewer lift station, approximately 30 acres of high-density residential tracts, and associated water quality ponds.
Throughout project development, Pape-Dawson has coordinated with Williamson County, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, and local entitlements and municipal utility district.
