Park Lakes
Park Lakes is a residential development north of Houston in Humble. Pape-Dawson conducted a feasibility analysis to determine platting requirements and existing sewer and water infrastructure. We also conducted a sound level monitor analysis to measure noise pollution from the nearby highway.
Highlighted Residential Projects
Alamo Ranch
Since 2004, Pape-Dawson has managed several teams in production of civil design plans for infrastructure and land development projects within the 3,184-acre Alamo Ranch master plan in northwest Bexar County.
Kissing Tree
Pape-Dawson provided civil engineering and project management services for this 1,300-acre senior living community in San Marcos. We were responsible for all designs, analysis, communication, and LiDAR data quality control.
Rivercrest Bend
Our engineers worked with the City of Fort Worth to take this 80-lot, high-end residential community from conceptual planning through to the final platting process.
Rivercrest Bluffs
In collaboration with the City of Fort Worth, we worked on this 37-lot gated community near the Trinity River, which also required temporary stormwater drainage solutions while under construction.
Rogers Ranch
In addition to thousands of single-family lots, Pape-Dawson designed a major thoroughfare as the spine of the development with alternate pathways throughout, connecting commercial and residential developments in a pedestrian-friendly environment.
The Sanctuary at Bear Creek
Pape-Dawson relocated an existing 18” sanitary sewer main that ran diagonally through the subdivision after we prepared a sewer alignment and capacity study for this single-family gated community in Keller.
Sterling Lakes
Pape-Dawson provided civil, surveying, design, and construction services for this 189-acre project that led to our engineers lengthening both CR 56 and Sterling Lakes West Boulevard.
Sunset Crossing
Pape-Dawson performed master planning services for this 250-acre residential project in Rosenberg, a rapidly growing region of Fort Bend County.
Tehama Bluffs
Utilizing river analysis system modeling and considering future tract development, Pape-Dawson performed site development and drainage design to prevent stormwater from draining into this 166-lot single-family development in north Fort Worth.
Williams Trace
Pape-Dawson performed design and surveying services on this 144-acre property northeast of Houston.
Wolf Ranch
Pape-Dawson is providing civil and surveying services for Wolf Ranch, currently the largest master planned community in Georgetown.
