Kissing Tree is a gated, 1,300-acre senior-living community in San Marcos. Pape-Dawson provided civil engineering and surveying services for the initial development, a 213-acre project that consists of residential lots, a community center, and supplemented irrigation for a local golf course.
As project manager, we were responsible for all design, analysis, and communication services, including establishing main site control, quality assurance/quality control on LiDAR data, and construction tasks. We also supervised the platting process and used City and County requirements to establish system design parameters.
