at Bear Creek

The Sanctuary at Bear Creek is an upscale, single-family gated community in Keller. Pape-Dawson prepared a sewer alignment, capacity study, and full PS&E for a new sewer line. To facilitate subdivision construction, we also relocated an existing 18” sanitary sewer main that ran diagonally through the subdivision.
