Sunset Crossing

Sunset Crossing is a 250-acre residential development in Rosenberg, a rapidly growing region of Fort Bend County. Pape-Dawson performed master planning for the project and has completed design, platting, boundary surveys, and construction staking for three sections to date. As district engineer for the Municipal Utility District, Pape-Dawson also completed water, sewer, and drainage planning; design for a lift station; and a drainage channel study.
