Pape-Dawson has been involved in developing and expanding numerous H-E-B grocery stores and warehouses throughout Texas.
H.E. Butt Grocery Company (H-E-B) is one of the nation’s largest independently owned food retailers serving families in Texas and Mexico. During the preliminary design phase for these projects, we evaluated multiple site plans based on parking capacity, usability, truck-maneuvering capacity, code compliance, engineering feasibility, and cost effectiveness. Considerations to site access, off-site improvements, and phasing of the overall development were carefully coordinated with the client at the beginning of the design phase.
