Pape-Dawson was responsible for project management, civil plan preparation, and permit coordination for this 44,500 SF theater located on 5.6 acres near the intersection of Beltway 8 and Pearland Parkway in Houston.
We prepared site dimensional control, site utility and paving plans, a fire protection plan, grading and drainage, stormwater quality management, and stormwater pollution prevention plans. We also coordinated the off-site detention design and water line extension. We had a leading role in permitting this project for the out-of-town architecture firm managing building design. We represented the client during City and County meetings, as well as during discussions with city, county, and Harris County MUD No. 381 officials.
