Pape-Dawson was responsible for master planning the Kroger Marketplace at Oyster Creek on a site with beautiful historic oaks and pecan trees in Clute, south of Houston.
Civil site services included site design, utilities management, paving, and drainage. During development, we worked closely with Kroger to develop site design options (such as median placement) to preserve the natural landscape.

Alon Town Centre
Pape-Dawson developed the master plan for Alon Town Centre in San Antonio. This 32-acre restaurant and office project serves the affluent Northside of San Antonio, with HEB Alon Market as the anchor tenant.
Pape-Dawson has been involved in developing and expanding numerous H-E-B grocery stores and warehouses throughout Texas.
Pape-Dawson has provided design, permitting, and construction phase services for 13 new, rebuilt, or remodeled McDonald’s restaurants in the Greater Houston area.
The RIM Shopping Center
Pape-Dawson led master planning, civil site design, floodplain reclamation, channel restoration, and permitting for this multi-year, multi-phase retail and office-space project within an abandoned limestone quarry in northwest San Antonio.
South Shore District
Pape-Dawson was responsible for civil design, surveying, and platting for this 5-acre commercial site in Austin.
Studio Movie Grill at Boulder Creek
As the civil engineering firm for this 44,500 SF theater project in Houston, Pape-Dawson was responsible for project management, civil planning, permit coordination, and more.
