Pape-Dawson provided the civil design for Tesoro’s corporate headquarters (now housing Andeavor). The campus consists of one 13-story, 484,000-SF office building; one 6-story, 179,000-SF office building; and a 6-floor, 179,000-SF garage. Our responsibilities included traffic impact analysis, hydrological studies of the area, design management, permit coordination of storm drainage, site grading plan, sanitary sewer, water distribution, water pollution abatement plans, electrical duct bank design, and storm water detention facilities.
This development received Silver-level LEED certification.
