Pape-Dawson provided conceptual master planning, relocation of existing on-site utilities, design of an off-site water main extension, site platting, parking and roadway improvement infrastructure, drainage and grading improvements, tree and topographic surveying, and rezoning of the property. The project is located on a 6-acre tract just north of downtown San Antonio at the intersection of US 281 and Mulberry Street. The improvements included a 6-story building consisting of 125,000 SF of office space with an associated multi-level parking garage.
