Pape-Dawson partnered with an out-of-state architecture firm to provide project management, civil plan preparation, and permit coordination for NOAH’S event venue in Sugar Land. We provided preparation of site dimensional control, paving, and striping plans; site utility, grading, and drainage design; a fire protection plan; and a stormwater pollution prevention plan.
We also led the permitting process for this project by attending Sugar Land City Council meetings and meetings with officials from the City, Fort Bend County Drainage District, First Colony Municipal Utility District 10, and Fort Bend County Levee Improvement District 2.
