Talley Ranch is a massive, 3,994-acre site located in rapidly developing Collin County. It was first evaluated by our planners in 2005 and is being studied for development options again as of 2021. For this early stage of site analysis, planning focuses on any existing features and challenges of the site and the potential placements of future spine roads. Our planners will use the analysis to generate pods for future development. As the design process continues, this plan will become more detailed and tuned into the needs of the community.

The Mustang Lakes land plan detailed various lot types, amenity locations, and mixed-use areas throughout the 681.9-acre community.
Richwoods is a 506-acre master planned and designed community with enhanced gated entries, extensive landscaping, internal ring road, and multiple parks.
Star Trail is a master-planned community in Prosper with a unique ring road and framed by future extensions to both Legacy Drive and the Dallas North Tollway.
Townlake at Flower Mound
With easy access to both SH 114 and the DFW International Airport, Townlake includes 160 luxury residential lots situated on nearly 150 acres. Our land planners assisted the developer through all stages of land planning to see this premier single-family community through to completion.
Village on Main Street
Village on Main Street in Frisco, Texas is a 52.4 acre development comprised of 128 townhomes and 146 detached lots in two sizes with multiple park spaces. Our planning team led the design process to provide a genuine, mixed-residential feeling for the neighborhood.
