With easy access to both SH 114 and the DFW International Airport, Townlake was an ideal location for a master-planned community.
The Townlake neighborhood is located on 149.3 acres in Flower Mound, Texas. Our planning team guided the developer through phased planning, design, and construction of 161 oversized lots despite complex site challenges. Existing gas well structures, setback requirements, density restrictions from the Timber Creek Conservation Overlay, and preservation of existing specimen trees required additional creativity and attention to detail throughout the design process. The neighborhood now offers amenities including hiking, biking, equestrian trails, and views of a scenic lake, all framed by the specially preserved natural landscape.
